Australia vs Bangladesh Highlights, ICC World Cup 2019

warner

A cracking effort from Bangladesh to get so close, but in the end Australia put too many on the board. David Warner with a scintillating 166 headlines the day, although Mushfiqur Rahim produced a fine century of his own. That means that Australia go back to the top of the table with those two points, and Bangladesh remain in fifth on five points.

For Bangladesh, Soumya Sarkar was the pick of the bowlers who managed to pick up three wickets. During the chase, Tamim Iqbal and Mahmuddlah scored half-centuries and Mushfiqur Rahim scored a fighting hundred but at the end, 382 proved to be too much for Bangladesh.
